About

Kerin’s work is rooted in Lomi Lomi bodywork and trauma-informed, somatic care that honors the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. Each session is an attuned, supportive space where you are invited to slow down, listen to your body, and gently unwind what has been held, creating the conditions for the nervous system to settle and for you to return more fully to yourself.

Beyond one-on-one care, Kerin is also a wellness entrepreneur and creative director, building spaces, systems, and brands that make high-quality holistic care more accessible.

Through Subtle Nectar Wellness, she weaves together bodywork, community clinics, and wellness storytelling—creating bridges between individual healing, collective care, and the land itself.

Subtle Nectar Wellness is the private practice of Kerin Gaydou—a dynamic bodyworker, somatic practitioner, and wellness entrepreneur dedicated to bridging gaps between modern care, ancient wisdom, and community-based healing.

Kerin trained at the Pacific Center for Awareness & Bodywork (PCAB) on Kauai, completing over 740 hours of integrative massage, embodied anatomy, and somatic education. Her work is trauma-informed, relational, and rooted in presence—honoring both the physical body, emotional landscape, and spirit held within it.
